About Happy Healthy Corner
Happy Healthy Corner was created for real people living real lives.
I’m Bean. I’m a wife, a mom, a Nana, and I’ve spent decades working as a Dental Assistant. I’m also someone who has lived through hard days, chaotic seasons, disappointment, starting over, taking care of everyone else, and trying to figure out how to take care of myself along the way.
I didn’t create Happy Healthy Corner because I have everything figured out.
I created it because I don’t.
I got tired of the BS that can surround health and wellness — the idea that you have to look a certain way, follow the perfect routine, buy the perfect thing, or completely change your life overnight.
That’s not real life.
Real life is being tired and showing up anyway.
It’s having a bad day and trying again tomorrow.
It’s learning what works for you.
It’s moving your body, taking care of your mind, feeding yourself better when you can, laughing, crying, praying, resting, getting back up, and taking one small step at a time.
Over the years, I’ve learned that health isn’t just one thing. It’s physical. It’s emotional. It’s mental. It’s spiritual. And sometimes you don’t need five different places telling you five different things — you just need somewhere you can come as you are and find a little help, encouragement, and something useful for the next step.
That’s what I want Happy Healthy Corner to be.
A no-BS place where you can find products, ideas, motivation, fitness, wellness, self-care, faith, and real-life encouragement all in one place.
No perfection required.
You don’t have to have it all together to belong here.
I certainly didn’t.
But I’ve learned that small choices really can change everything. I’ve learned to keep showing up. I’ve learned that what we go through can either keep us stuck or become something we use to help somebody else.
That’s what I want to do here.
Help real people feel stronger, healthier, more hopeful, and a little less alone.
Come as you are. Stay a while. Grow at your own pace.
